The Mid Year Conference of Ginos Ventures Ltd was held between 18th to 20th of July 2019. The bi-annual event took place at the Sandralia Hotel, Utako – Abuja.
The event which draws together all staff and representatives of Ginos Ventures from the 36 states of Nigeria; with a focal point of appraising the previous half of the year and forging strategies for the next half.
The three day event was flagged off on Thursday 18th July, 2019, with the Arrivals of participants and Reconciliations.

The 2nd day – 19th July witnessed opening remarks from the Executive Director – Adenike Gbolagun. She admonished the staff and also appreciated the good works done so far.
There were trainings on new and existing products.
A guest speaker, Dr Ekundaye spoke extensively on the concept of sales.
The 3rd day of the conference started with The Managing Director encouraging all and sundry to always be the best at all times.
The TM’s also presented their sales records for the first half of the year.
The conference was rounded up with photo sessions and the Ginos Reward Initiative (GRI) where outstanding performers for the months in review were rewarded handsomely.
