Day 2 of the Ginos Ventures Annual Conference 2020 started with some key presentations by the Sutures department lead by Victor Abraham.

The Managing Director – Gbolagun Lawrence gave a very passionate speech on how to do the impossible using the Goalkeeper analogy to drive home the points. He admonished participants on how to always keep the eye on the ball, how to always be dynamic and not be predictable, how to always lock your competitors heads together and many more. 

The Sales team also took over the floor giving their presentation and targets one after the other.

The Day 2 ended with a tastefully furnished dinner, where there was plenty to eat and drink. The dinner also availed the management the opportunity to give out gifts and awards to outstanding performers for the year in review.

The Ginos Ventures Annual Conference – a brain storming, goal-setting, sales training, award driven, annual conference of Ginos Ventures – was held between 17 & 18 of January 2020. The biennial event which draws staff and representatives from the length and breadth of Nigeria with a purpose to appraise the last half of the year and set new goals for the year 2020.

Day 1 of the event saw the Executive Director – Adenike Gbolagun welcoming participants and admonishing all present on the need to be more focused for the year. She gave some very deep analysis for achieving record breaking sales results. She also set some ground rules guiding the 2 day conference.

The conference chairman – Sadiq Booth read the rules and regulations for the event and welcomed everyone afresh. There was a highly wonderful presentation by Mrs Toyin Alasi from Money Wise International. She talked on how employees can actually get rich while working for their employers. Barrister Oyindamola gave some legal insights and legal regulations, staff are meant to abide to. The Managing Director spoke extensively on the goals for the year 2020. He also did a thorough examination and appraisal on the last year performance by the sales team.

He came around with Professor Fatih from Marmara university Istanbul Turkey. He’s one of the best hands in Hip and Knee replacement in Turkey.
