The Ginos Ventures Annual Conference – a brain storming, goal-setting, sales training, award driven, annual conference of Ginos Ventures – was held between 17 & 18 of January 2020. The biennial event which draws staff and representatives from the length and breadth of Nigeria with a purpose to appraise the last half of the year and set new goals for the year 2020.
Day 1 of the event saw the Executive Director – Adenike Gbolagun welcoming participants and admonishing all present on the need to be more focused for the year. She gave some very deep analysis for achieving record breaking sales results. She also set some ground rules guiding the 2 day conference.
The conference chairman – Sadiq Booth read the rules and regulations for the event and welcomed everyone afresh. There was a highly wonderful presentation by Mrs Toyin Alasi from Money Wise International. She talked on how employees can actually get rich while working for their employers. Barrister Oyindamola gave some legal insights and legal regulations, staff are meant to abide to. The Managing Director spoke extensively on the goals for the year 2020. He also did a thorough examination and appraisal on the last year performance by the sales team.
